British Veteran Owned – Return Policy

At British Veteran Owned (BVO), every product is created on demand — made especially for you as soon as an order is placed. This approach reduces overproduction, minimises waste, and supports sustainable manufacturing.

Because of this, returns and exchanges are handled carefully to balance product quality assurance, sustainability, and fairness.


1. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Claims deemed an error on our part or on Printful’s part will be covered entirely at our expense.


2. Lost Packages

 

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If tracking confirms a delivery issue or loss, we will issue a replacement or refund.


3. Wrong or Insufficient Address

 

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment facility.

Once the returned package is received, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order.


4. Unclaimed Shipments

 

Shipments that go unclaimed after delivery attempts are returned to Printful’s fulfilment facility.

Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated to charity.

Reshipment costs will apply if you wish to have the product sent again.


5. Hygiene & Sealed Items

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods, including face masks or similar personal items.

These items cannot be refunded or exchanged once unsealed or used.


6. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

 

Because each BVO product is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, you may place a new order at your own expense.

We recommend checking our size guides carefully before purchase.


7. Custom and Personalised Items

 

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e), items made to order, personalised, or produced specifically for a customer are exempt from standard withdrawal or return rights.

As all BVO products are printed on demand, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or damaged.


8. Return Address

 

All returns are processed via Printful’s fulfilment centres.

When a return is approved, you’ll be provided with the appropriate return address.

Please do not send returns directly to British Veteran Owned’s head office, as we cannot process physical shipments.


9. Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

10. Governing Law

 

This policy is governed by English law and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translation.
